For this reason, delivery timelines may vary.
We do our best to prepare and ship every order as soon as possible, while ensuring the quality and finish each piece deserves.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched, and you will receive all necessary shipping details.

BoxNow

If you have selected BoxNow as your delivery method, please note that your order will be delivered to the nearest available BoxNow locker based on the address you provided at checkout. For any information or changes please contact us here: chainkissed@gmail.com 

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is made specifically for you, returns are not accepted.

However, exchanges are possible, provided that:

• the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back so we can assist you accordingly.
